Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please let us know and we will either exchange or refund your purchase.
Returns General Rules
All claims must be made within 30 days from receipt of goods.
Unfortunately, we can only refund you the cost of the products ordered. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Refund & Exchange Requests
To initiate a product return, please download the RMA form here and follow the instructions in the form.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, we will process your refund and it will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for processing.
If you would like to exchange for a different size, please let us know by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can only process exchanges for a different size of the same style ordered. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the new order.
Items may be returned or exchanged if:
- The products are unwashed and unused (you can of course try the item on for fit)
- The product is in its original undamaged packing (a carefully opened package is fine)
- All tags are attached
- The product is complete (e.g. both items of a pair must be returned)
- Salvus 360, LLC is not responsible for returned products lost in transit.
- Gifted products can only be refunded to the original purchaser.
